A wine with a brilliant coral pink hue produced using the ancestral method revisited. It’s obtained by the refermentation in the bottle of our Diamante rosè wine in combination with its must,  without the addition of sugar or yeast. A romantic wine, for fabulous occasions. With the greatest care we select the smallest bunches and straggly clusters from the oldest vineyards, from 40 to 90 years old. Harvested shortly before the traditional picking season, they are placed in shallow ventilated crates with a maximum capacity of four kilograms and then left to raisin for a period of between 20 and 30 days in the drying room, known as the ‘Sulèr’ in dialect. Drawing on family traditions, which began to make use of the technique of drying grapes in winemaking from the beginning of the last century, the vineyard has developed a strong full-bodied wine which is at the same time elegant and pleasant Vintage: 2015 Designation: Riviera del Garda Classico D.O.C.
