2021 was a dramatic year for everyone, from both a human and social point of view.
Unfortunately, this was also true for our oil production.
Despite all our efforts to safeguard the crop, this year nature again deprived us of the whole harvest from our olive groves.
It is precisely 20 years ago that “I Denocciolati”, our pitted extra virgin olive oils, were first produced, with the support of Luigi Veronelli.
We wished to celebrate this very special anniversary with a new project that could act as a stimulus, in response to recent events.
Encouraged by the results obtained with the Terrae extra virgin olive oil, extracted from non-native cultivars selected and cultivated by us, and driven by the continuous pursuit of excellence, we wanted to take on a new challenge: to create a new pitted extra virgin olive oil using our oil mill and our own method.
To do so involved putting into effect a synergistic approach exploiting our professionalism and expertise, allowing us to select specific Italian varieties from different geographical areas and origins, respecting our criteria for high quality fruit with the scope of producing a great oil.
This decision led to the development of a unique blend, produced in limited quantities: The ONE
It is a celebration of high quality extra virgin olive oil, olive cultivars, nature, and the environment; of an idea of quality without limitations or confines.
