2021. Production of our first pitted extra virgin olive oils, our “Denocciolati” had begun 20 years earlier, with the support of Luigi Veronelli. It was a very special anniversary for us, which we decided to celebrate with a new project, inspired by a continuing pursuit of excellence: To create a new pitted extra virgin olive oil using our own oil mill and method, adopting a synergistic approach and exploiting our professionalism and expertise to select specific Italian varieties from different geographical areas and origins, respecting our criteria for high quality fruit and cultivation methods, with the scope of producing a great oil. This decision led to the development of a unique blend, produced in limited quantities. A celebration of high-quality olive oil, cultivars, nature, and the environment. Leccino Mini "2024"
A brilliant extra virgin olive oil made exclusively using pitted Leccino olives, a cultivar present in the Lake Garda area since the beginning of the 20th century. This variety allows us to obtained a well-balanced, mild oil characterised by predominantly spicy notes with hints of valerian and dandelion. These are all processed separately and then blended together in a single oil, with a decisive aroma which has the objective of representing the balance of the tangy and spicy characteristics of the vintage. Its aromatic notes recall in particular white mulberry and artichoke heart.
